A blog to bring together bird sightings from the lower Cuckmere and Ouse valleys, and the spaces between them.
There’s a lot going on in the area – seawatching at Splash Point, Ospreys at Arlington Reservoir, egrets and wildfowl in the valley beds and classic chalk birds and raptors on the downland.
The aim of the Cuckmere-Ouse Bird Blog will be to enhance the ability for local birders to share and talk about their sightings, and to find new ways of organising local knowledge using micro-blogging.
